Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts in Java or Python to streamline CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning.
- Oversee the deployment and performance tuning of Oracle or comparable database systems.
- Provide comprehensive support for production environments, including incident management, troubleshooting, and system monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps best practices and ensure high availability of services.
- Continuously evaluate and improve infrastructure security and efficiency standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development or DevOps engineering.
- Proficiency in container orchestration tools, specifically Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
- Strong programming capabilities in Java or Python for scripting and application development.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies and tools.
