Java Full Stack Developer (Spring Boot | Microservices | Angular | WebFlux)

Support payroll processing, auditing, compliance, exception analysis, discrepancy resolution, employee inquiries, reporting, controls, and audit walkthroughs. Participates in a formal Wealth and Investment Management internship supporting strategic initiatives and operational execution. Reviews commercial credit underwriting and portfolio performance, validates financial analyses and loan data, identifies policy exceptions, risks, process failures, and error trends, and documents findings for underwriting teams. The role supports credit monitoring, governance, controls, audit responses, remediation, and process improvement while collaborating with stakeholders. It also provides subject-matter expertise, quality-checks junior staff work, and applies regulatory and risk-rating frameworks.
