Job Summary:
Highradius intends to build new products as a part of new initiatives entrepreneurship programme. These new products are being built in a startup eco-system. You will be one of the pioneers of the startup engineering team. As a product grows, your career will also grow. As a PSE/ SSE you will join one of the startups and will be responsible to design & build the product in stealth mode. Technical Designs of product features and integrations between various internal or external systems related to CFOTech products. In this role you will be working closely with the product management team.
Responsibilities:
- As a PSE/ SSE of a small engineering company you will be responsible to build the foundational elements of the products.
- Being a part of the startup and a senior engineering resource, you will also be responsible for timely delivery Provide scalable solutions for G4/CFOTech products which includes a lot of backend processing as well as UI representations.
- Work with engineering leaders and contribute in technical design and implementation High Quality Development of the planned items at a very high speed.
- Code reviews to make sure quality code is delivered.
- Fill the gaps in product by building/enabling various development processes and tools wherever applicable.
- Manage and groom junior developers for a high-performance culture and be a champion of HighRadius core values.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience and knowledge on following technologies - Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices - JavaScript, React, Spread.JS - Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud - AWS - LCAP/NCAP, aPaaS, Data Management, Business Intelligence (BI)/Analytics.
- Very Good in verbal and written communication.
- High level of Emotional Intelligence.
- Excellent Team/Group working skills.
