As part of the content team, you will participate in the development of our Spanish course library. Your responsibilities in this role will include the preparation, recording, and publication of our Productivity and Collaboration Tools training courses in US English, and involvement in the development of associated learning services.
Primary Responsibilities
Preparation of instructional plans
Recording of instructional videos based on Productivity and Collaboration Tools, particularly Edge, Yammer, Office Online, Google Suite and other applications
Post-Production of videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, I Show You, or similar video production software
Creation of assessment questions to support content
Creation of additional assets and resources, such as accessibility assets or course learning aids, to support content
Implementation of video edits
Publication of courses
Skills and Experience
English native speaker (REQUIRED)
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent, demonstrable training delivery skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong instructional and organizational skills
Capable of working independently and in a team
Excellent IT and desktop software skills
Interest in technology and digital culture
