IT Inside Sales Executive/ IT Business Development Executive
Work from Office
6 days Week
Location: Basheerbagh, Hyderabad
Experience: 2 to 4 years

Core Responsibilities
•    Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find new B2B clients via cold outreach, networking, and digital channels.

•    Product Demonstrations: Run live or virtual software demos tailored to the customer's business problems.

•    Pipeline Management: Track leads, calls, and deals accurately inside a CRM tool like HubSpot or Salesforce.

•    Negotiation & Closing: Present proposals, answer technical or budget objections, and sign subscription contracts.

•    Post-Sale Handover: Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention

Required Qualifications & Skills
•    Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven B2B technology or SaaS sales experience.

•    Communication: Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills.

•    Product Acumen: Ability to learn complex software features and translate them into simple business value.

•    Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and web presentation/conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).

•    Results-Driven: Track record of hitting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue quotas.

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
