Source Control & Repository Operations
Administer and maintain GitHub repository structure, access controls, and branch protection policies
Triage and resolve GitHub issues across teams — permissions, integrations, and webhook configurations
Define and enforce standards for repository hygiene, naming conventions, and code ownership
CI/CD & Deployment Pipelines
Design, build, and maintain GitHub Actions workflows for continuous integration and delivery
Own the end-to-end deployment pipeline from GitHub to Vercel, including preview environments, production promotions, and rollback workflows
Establish pipeline observability — build monitoring, failure alerting, and deployment audit trails
Infrastructure & Platform Engineering
Participate in infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using infrastructure-as-code practices
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and reduce time to production
Document runbooks, architecture decisions, and pipeline configurations
AI-Augmented Engineering
Actively use AI tools — including Claude — as part of your daily workflow: generating boilerplate, drafting IaC configurations, debugging pipelines, and accelerating documentation
Identify and socialize opportunities where AI tooling can improve team efficiency
Stakeholder Collaboration & AI Code Deployment
Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and non-technical users to understand deployment needs and translate AI-generated code into production-ready applications
Own the review, validation, and deployment lifecycle for AI-assisted code — ensuring quality, security, and compliance standards are met before code reaches GitHub and production environments
Guide stakeholders through the AI development workflow: from prompt-to-code generation through pull request, pipeline execution, and deployment to Vercel or GCP
Establish guardrails and best practices for how AI-generated code is reviewed, tested, and promoted across environments
3+ years of experience in a systems, platform, or DevOps engineering role
Proven experience building and maintaining GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines
Experience configuring and managing deployments on Vercel, including environment management and build configuration
Demonstrated use of AI tools (such as Claude, Copilot, or similar) as a core part of your engineering workflow, not just familiarity, but active, daily use
Strong written communication skills; comfortable writing documentation and runbooks
Proficiency with a scripting language such as Python, Bash, or Powershell
Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and state management
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud Storage, or networking
Exposure to Cisco Meraki for network administration or monitoring
Experience with identity and access management tooling (Okta, Google Workspace)
Background in IT infrastructure and enterprise IT environments

Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications and geographic location. We also consider internal equity to help ensure fair and consistent pay practices across our teams.
