Mission Statement:
The Senior IT Business Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing our document management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT business analysis, experience with document management systems, and the ability to work effectively in a global enterprise environment. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the capability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for document publishing solutions.

Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.

Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure the successful implementation of document publishing solutions.

Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge identified gaps.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.

Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure effective use of document publishing solutions.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in document management and publishing.

Your Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in a global enterprise environment.

Proven experience with document management solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements management tools.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is a plus.

Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
