The Mobile Apps team’s purpose is to keep Viva.com systems and apps for mobile devices healthy and secure, enhance the codebase with tools, libraries and tweaks that improve performance and increase productivity, providing competitive advantages to the platform, and offer a unique experience to our customers.
The Role
As an iOS Developer, you will be responsible for a multitude of projects and expected to be able to work independently, assist their teammates and mentor junior developers. You will also be expected to collaborate across multiple workstreams and roles like architects, product management leads and engineering leads across the Technology Group.

- Research innovative technologies to find new and efficient ways to solve day-to-day challenges.
Tech stack
We develop our libraries and applications using native iOS tools written in Swift. We use GitHub for code versioning, and the Atlassian stack for tickets and documentation. We write extensive unit tests using XCTEst.

To be considered you should have:
- Experience developing production-level mobile apps;
- AI literacy: Ability to work with and adapt to AI-powered tools;
- Knowledge of Swift, Xcode and iOS frameworks;
- Good understanding in web service architectures; JSON and RESTful APIs;
- Passion about mobile platforms and solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle;
- Experience in payments technologies, EFTPOS systems and standards, EMV will be a strong plus.
