What would a Trainee - Recruiter learn during the internship?
Other than developing a thorough understanding of search, recruitment, selection, assessment, and how to build relationships with the applicants, how to search and select to recruit managers and Sr. executives for banks, financial institutions, and many more. They will also get to learn how to use HR software, HR analytics, Talent Acquisition, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Data analytics, Candidate assessment, Training and development, compensation and benefits, interview training and development, HRIS, how to write job descriptions, use various job boards, Application Tracking System, telephonic search and interview, and personal interviews. They will also learn a lot about how an HR business works.

About the Job :
Selected HR Trainee/Interns' day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Source the required number of profiles to fulfill the vacancies through different platforms.
- Interacting with professionals on niche platforms and social media.
- Work on cold calling candidates to meet the hiring requirements.
- Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements.
- Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates.
- Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles.
- Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases.
- Measure and HR Analytics report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill.
- Learn, manage, and prioritize multiple searches for hiring projects.
- Research and learn various domains and industry trends, and understand the manpower requirements.
- Handle high-volume, quality recruiting in a fast-paced, structured environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Perform search, screen, and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
- Conduct a telephonic or video interview of the candidate sourced by the trainee

Qualification required:
Undergraduates or postgraduates.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or master's Degree, preferably in HR or a related field (Students undergoing education can also apply)
- Must have own Computer with working camera and WIFI connection
- Available for a full-time internship Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Computer skills like Typing, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc and tools like ZOOM, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams
- Good written and verbal communication in Hindi & English
- Willingness to learn
- Having basic knowledge of AI tools
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work
- Strong interest in recruitment
