Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the Global Intercompany process, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and guide the team to deliver efficient, high-quality results.
• Exhibit a goal-oriented mindset—proactively identifying opportunities to enhance value and improve processes.
• Promote a collaborative and transparent team environment through clear communication and regular team meetings.
• Ensure structured service delivery planning, conduct performance and process reviews, and drive continuous improvement across the team.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Intercompany Accounting, including supervision of month-end close activities and reconciliations.
•  3+ years of proven team leadership and process ownership experience.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interact effectively with global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, think analytically, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience with Oracle AGIS and Blackline applications is a strong plus.
