Job Description

In this role, you'll provide support with layout, design, improvement, and implementation that enables our sites to achieve peak performance. You'll champion Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects, and you'll identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvements. Your voice will be heard loud and clear in management circles, and you'll deliver results that have a direct impact on company profitability.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Use accepted industrial engineering and accounting principles to develop, implement, and maintain total manufacturing standards.
  • Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to assist operations in meeting strategic objectives.
  • Enact quality control procedures to resolve productivity flow problems or minimize cost.
  • Drive sustained improvements through the utilization of process flows, operating procedures, and work instructions.
  • Assist in determining optimal shop floor layouts, product flow strategies, assembly methods, ergonomics, material handling, etc.
  • Perform time and motion studies to develop standards for labor utilization.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departmental lines
  • Highly organized and proficient in project management
  • Proven ability to motivate and influence teammates to drive organizational change
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presenting to leadership


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • BS in Industrial Engineering or related discipline and 4-5 years' experience in manufacturing, or in absence of degree 8 years experience.
  • Experience utilizing project management tools (KPIfire or similar).


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $63662 - $108225
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
