We are seeking a skilled and proactive Identity and Access Management (IAM) Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in executing end-to-end user lifecycle processes, maintaining access controls across enterprise systems, and enhancing our identity and access controls.

Key Responsibilities


  • Execute end-to-end user lifecycle management and access modifications across all systems in coordination with business system owners, and IT support teams.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Security teams to maintain accurate and compliant joiner/mover/leaver processes.
  • Elaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security and compliance to ensure IAM aligns with business goals.
  • Performing user administration tasks for various in-house and third-party applications.
  • Administer Shared mailbox, Distribution Groups, contacts and Public Folder in Exchange Online.
  • Ability to adhere to SAS and SOX audit requirements pertaining to Identity & Access Management job requirements, obtaining, and documenting required approvals.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline IAM workflows and contribute to automation initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to IAM training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related IT Security roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Active Directory (user/group administration, LDAP concepts)
    • Work-flow Management Tools (i.e. ServiceNow, JIRA etc.)
    • New Technology File System (“NTFS”) permissions.

  • Experience would with Microsoft Azure (Entra ID).
  • Basic knowledge of UNIX administration commands.
  • Experience executing user lifecycle operations and managing access requests and approvals at scale.
  • Familiarity with CSPs like Microsoft Azure (Entra ID), AWS, GCP etc. would be added advantage.
  • Exposure working on Project on tight deadlines and versatility/flexibility & willingness to work with constantly changing priorities.
  • Experience working with Agile Methodologies.
  • Familiarity with access certifications, audits, and remediation processes.
  • Experience with automation and scripting (SQL, PowerShell) preferred.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
