Supports People Operations across onboarding, employee exits, records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, HR documentation, engagement events, employee queries, and basic reporting. The intern will use Keka HRMS, spreadsheets, and AI tools while learning HR operations in a fast-growing technology company.

Techdome is a fast-growing Product Venture. We’re looking for a motivated fresher to join our People Operations team and learn how HR runs in a scaling tech company, with hands-on exposure from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and documentation accurately in the HRMS(Keka)
- Track attendance and leave, and help prepare monthly payroll inputs.
- Assist with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT) and filings under senior guidance.
- Draft HR letters, templates, and SOP documents.
- Plan and support employee engagement activities and events.
- Respond to employee queries as a first point of contact.
- Prepare basic HR reports (headcount, attrition, onboarding status).
- Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to speed up documentation and reporting.
Who Can Apply
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field, or a graduate with strong HR interest (2024-2026 pass-outs welcome).
- Internship or project exposure in HR is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, with a high sense of confidentiality and ownership.
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
- Basic understanding of Indian labour laws and payroll.
- Familiarity with any HRMS, or interest in learning Keka.
- Interest in employee engagement and culture-building.
