The HR Intern will manage recruitment processes, support onboarding, maintain HR records, act as a contact for employee queries, assist in policy implementation, and prepare reports.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining hiring trackers.
- Support onboarding, induction, documentation, and HR operations activities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, HR MIS, and assist in payroll coordination.
- Act as a point of contact for employees for HR queries, engagement activities, and grievance handling.
- Partner with managers to understand manpower needs and support performance management processes.
- Assist in process improvements, policy implementation, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and support daily HR & operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and HR policies.
- Good MS Excel and data-handling ability.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment.
