Own and scale paid growth campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Manage budgets, optimize funnel performance, maintain tracking and attribution infrastructure, run A/B tests, and monitor metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Collaborate with design, product, and sales on positioning and go-to-market execution, use AI tools to improve campaign production and optimization, maintain CRM data, and communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
About the Role
Techdome is looking for a data-driven GTM Engineer to run our paid growth engine. You'll turn marketing spend into qualified pipeline and revenue, with Meta Ads as your core craft and a strong command of the wider paid ecosystem. If you like owning budgets, hitting targets, and building systems instead of just reporting on them, this role is for you.
What You'll Own
- Plan, launch, and scale go-to-market campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
- Lead end-to-end Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): audience strategy, creative testing, bidding, and scaling
- Manage live ad budgets, keeping spend efficient and returns on target
- Build and refine the full funnel, from awareness and first touch through to closed deals
- Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion APIs, event tagging) so attribution stays accurate
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS in GA4 and other analytics tools, and optimize campaigns in real time
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments, and document what you learn
- Use AI tools to speed up ad copy, creative production, campaign optimization, and reporting
- Work with design, product, and sales teams on positioning, launches, and GTM execution
- Keep CRM data clean and send stakeholders clear, insight-led performance updates
What We're Looking For
- 2.5+ years in digital or performance marketing, with advanced, hands-on Meta Ads expertise
- Proven experience scaling campaigns across multiple ad platforms
- Confidence owning a budget and being accountable for KPIs
- Solid understanding of funnel design, audience segmentation, and retargeting
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM or marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools such as copy assistants, creative generators, and optimization platforms
- Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills; basic SQL is a plus
- Sharp analytical thinking and clear communication with stakeholders
- A builder's mindset: you launch new things instead of only maintaining what exists
Good to Have
- Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar product/attribution analytics tools
- Background in product positioning, pricing, or GTM automation
- Interest in AI-driven marketing analytics or predictive modeling
