About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, forward-thinking, and highly skilled graphic designer to help support our creative team. You will be working on a variety of projects, from ideation to production to design execution. This role will assist in developing world-class creative that will live across our channels: our website, social channels and in-person events.
Position Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Art Director, this role will collaborate with our in-house creative team to create designs for web, presentations, ads, social media, events and other marketing collateral.
- Work closely with the web team to deliver supporting assets (product imagery, iconography, illustrations) for our digital experiences, ensuring timely delivery and ensuring assets are fully optimized for launch.
- Collaborate with the content and demand generation teams to create collateral that support campaign goals and align with the overall brand strategy.
- Help steward and evolve the Planful brand, maintaining a high bar of quality across all deliverables. Ensure that all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and align with our overall marketing strategy across various platforms.
- Contribute to the overall creative culture at Planful through inspiration sharing, design workshops, and creative discussion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in digital, social, and print formats.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
- Solid understanding of the content creation process, from concept to launch.
- Extensive experience designing for digital and social media platforms, with an eye for creating platform-specific content.
- Strong typography skills and attention to detail.
- A strong and well-detailed portfolio is a must
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively in agile or cross-functional team environments.
- Motion design skills (video editing, animation, etc.) are a plus.
