As a Graphic Designer – Logos & Brand Identity, you’ll create those impressions. You’ll turn ideas into clear, purposeful visual identities that connect instantly with audiences. From refined vector design to crafted motion graphics, your work will help thousands of U.S.-based small businesses stand out with consistency and confidence.

This role blends creativity, precision, and collaboration in an AI-assisted environment where every design has purpose and impact.

• Design original, meaningful logos that look clear and consistent across digital, print, and motion.
• Create high-quality logo animations in Adobe After Effects, combining strong design with clean, professional motion.
• Present multiple logo concepts, explaining your design logic and direction clearly.
• Adapt logos into deliverables such as favicons, social profile versions, and brand kits.
• Collaborate with your Manager and team leads to refine designs through reviews and feedback.
• Deliver complete brand asset packages across required digital and print formats with accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain creativity and attention to detail while meeting project timelines.
   

• A visual designer with an eye for proportion, clarity, and brand meaning.
• Comfortable designing across styles—minimalist, corporate, expressive, or premium.
• Receptive to feedback and focused on improving with every iteration.
• Familiar with design styles and cultural cues for U.S. audiences.

Must-Have

• 3+ years of professional experience in logo design and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
• A portfolio of 20 or more original logo and animation samples.
• Solid understanding of branding, color, typography, and layout.
• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience designing for U.S. small and mid-sized businesses.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and efficient asset workflows.
