Objectives/Purpose
- Identifies automation opportunities, secures L2 SME and approvals, prepares implementation plans (including prerequisites, dependencies, and risk assessments) publishes to stakeholders, and guides developers in developing the BOTs
- Updates stakeholders with regular, detailed status reports on BOT development and deployment
- Works with dependent teams to obtain deployment approvals, drives gate reviews, monitors BOT performance, and takes corrective actions wherever required
Accountabilities
- Responsible to drive Tech.Ops automation CoE from ICC.
- As a Global Sub Chapter Lead, works with the Global stakeholders to explore/identify automation use cases across Gen AI, Agentic AI implementation
- Ensure upskilling self the team to develop the automation skillsets in the team
- Meet the DD&T ICSS goals for Agentic AI path/roadmap
Education, Behavioral Competences and Skills
- Degree, majoring in Computer Science/Information Systems, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience and overall 10+ years of experience
- Hands on experience on Microsoft Co Pilot, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, ServiceNow ITOM, Generative AI, Open API, Prompt Engineering, NLP
