The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications, implementing RAG architectures, working with LLMs, and developing scalable AI-powered applications using modern orchestration frameworks.

- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions using Python.
- Build intelligent Agentic AI applications capable of autonomous task execution.
- Design and implement agent workflows, orchestration patterns, and multi-agent architectures.
- Develop effective prompts, system instructions, and agent interaction strategies.
- Build AI applications using Python ADKs and modern AI development frameworks.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for context-aware AI applications.
- Integrate AI agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and tool-calling frameworks.
- Utilize LangGraph or similar graph-based orchestration frameworks for workflow automation.
- Manage experiment tracking and model lifecycle using MLflow or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
- Optimize, debug, test, and deploy scalable AI applications for enterprise environments.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and AI solution design.
