Job Summary:
As a Fund Services Trades Associate within the Fund Services team, you manage trade capture and validation for mutual fund clients. You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate valuation of trades. You lead the team in delivering high-quality client reporting and NAV impacting activities.
Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare daily activities per SOPs and deadlines.
2. Self-review activities before submission.
3. Analyze client records and raise queries.
4. Escalate concerns about anomalies.
5. Resolve team queries efficiently.
6. Liaise with partner sites for deliveries.
7. Respond to stakeholder accounting queries.
8. Improve processes and recommend changes.
9. Ensure adherence to risk and control checks.
10. Collaborate for process efficiency.
11. Maintain up-to-date checklists and SOPs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

1. Demonstrate 2+ years in Fund Services Trades.
2. Hold a graduate degree in Finance/Accounting.
3. Work effectively within a team.
4. Pay strong attention to detail in reviews.
5. Understand mutual funds and NAV.
6. Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Implement change and seek efficiencies.
