The Full Stack Software Engineer will design and develop scalable web applications, focusing on risk and compliance systems using Node.js and React.js, while ensuring code quality and performance.
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable business platforms, contributing to risk and compliance systems, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend)
- Work on business platforms, especially in risk and compliance domains
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code with proper unit and integration testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
- Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness
- Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Strong experience in Node.js (Express.js/Nest.js preferred)
- Proficiency in React.js, Redux, and modern frontend frameworks
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress, etc.)
- Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
- Experience working in Banking/Financial Services domain
- Knowledge of risk & compliance systems
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes
