We are looking for a passionate Team Lead (TL) Full-Stack Developer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for a seasoned developer with a strong technical background and proven leadership skills, eager to guide a team in delivering high-quality, scalable applications that drive impact.
How will you make an impact?
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading and mentoring the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Overseeing code reviews, deployments, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Driving best practices for coding, testing, and software design within the team.
Requirements
Required Skills:
This is your chance to shape the direction of a talented team while contributing to impactful projects!
• At least 5+ years of hands-on development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Ruby- must, React.js, and Node.js for application development.
• Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and deployment tools like ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in containerization using Docker.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and inspire a technical team.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, Aurora, and CDN.
