We're looking for an experienced Financial Representative, Order Processing to join our Order Processing team. Reporting to the Manager, Finance, you'll be responsible for:
- Booking of daily purchase orders with proper quality checks following set parameters
- Perform periodic reconciliations across billing, POS and licencing systems
- Send renewal notifications and quotes through the system to the customers and follow up on account receivables
- Update the contract details in the billing system and support the customer advocacy team
- Handle special assignments from Head Quarters and other related tasks
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Post-Graduate in Finance, Accounting or other similar streams with 1 or more years of experience.
- Good Working knowledge of MS Office
- Sound Analytics Skills
