The Role:
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a Finance Analyst, focused on financial analysis, ERP processes, and digital transformation.
This is not a traditional accounting role. You will work at the intersection of finance, systems, and data, supporting the build and optimisation of financial processes within the Turium ERP environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support financial process implementation and optimisation within Turium ERP
- Conduct data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA Finance and SuccessFactors into Turium ERP
- Prepare and manage financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports
- Assist in testing, validation, and documentation of ERP finance processes
- Partner with business users to streamline financial workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives, including AI-driven automation and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — non-negotiable
- 2–5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and reporting
- Experience or exposure to ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into insights
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (finance, tech, operations)
- Strong attention to detail and ownership

- Experience with financial systems implementation or transformation projects
- Exposure to automation, analytics tools, or AI-driven reporting
