About the Role:
The Executive – Information Technology will be responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support, maintaining network and system security, and driving IT initiatives that support business growth. The role requires hands-on experience in system administration, network management, IT asset management, cybersecurity, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization's corporate IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and software applications.
- Provide end-to-end technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, email, system, and remote connectivity issues.
- Administer user accounts, email systems, access rights, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace environments.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, and industrial network connectivity to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Administer and support manufacturing applications, including ERP, CAD/CAM, PLM, and MES systems.
- Manage CNC machine networking, NC program management, and integration of shop-floor digital systems and metrology equipment.
- Implement and monitor IT security policies, antivirus solutions, cybersecurity controls, data backups, system updates, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, warranty records, and related documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement, AMC management, infrastructure upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Plan, execute, and support IT infrastructure projects, software implementations, system migrations, and technology enhancements.
- Provide IT support during customer audits, site visits, and remote collaboration while ensuring secure system access and business continuity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and manufacturing productivity.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 6–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, system administration, and end-user support, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, VPNs, backup solutions, endpoint management, and cybersecurity.
- Experience supporting manufacturing applications such as ERP, CAD/CAM, PLM, or MES, along with CNC machine networking and shop-floor systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, security, and remote connectivity issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), VMware, ITIL, or equivalent.
- Experience with industrial networking, OT infrastructure, NC program management, and metrology system integration.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, disaster recovery, and customer-facing IT support in a manufacturing environment.
