Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership: manage calendars and travel, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate communications, track projects and follow-ups, handle confidential information, support event logistics, and perform expense reporting and document management.
Digitals AI Inc is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executives.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist in tracking key projects and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Support event planning and logistics for meetings and corporate events.
- Perform administrative tasks such as expense reporting, filing, and document management.
- This job required travel to various locations as per schduled business meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
