Role Overview
Eternal Robotics (ER) is a rapidly growing robotics and AI company specializing in
industrial AI and computer vision solutions for manufacturing and industrial segments.
We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on Director – Sales &
Partnerships to drive Hypervise’s market expansion, strategic alliances, and revenue
growth across domestic and international markets.
This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for shaping and executing ER
Hypervise’s go-to-market (GTM) and business strategy, developing high-impact
partnerships, and influencing product direction through customer and market insights.
The role requires exceptional consultative selling expertise, ecosystem-building acumen,
and a strong understanding of manufacturing and process industry domains.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
● Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
● Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth
● Manage end-to-end sales cycles and deal closures
Customer & Relationship Management
● Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers
● Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
● Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
Partnership & Market Expansion
● Develop strategic partnerships and channel networks
● Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
● Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements
Leadership & Strategic Planning
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
● Analyze market trends and competitive insights
● Drive strategic initiatives to support business growth

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA
preferred.
● 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or GTM
leadership roles in industrial tech / AI/manufacturing solutions.
● Proven record of developing new markets and partnerships, achieving revenue
targets, and influencing product direction.
● Willingness to travel extensively for client, partner, and industry engagement.
