Hyderabad | International Enterprise & Public Sector Programs
We’re building a small, high-calibre consulting team in Hyderabad to deliver international ERP and digital transformation programs (Australia/APAC).
This is a client-facing role for people who can think clearly, communicate crisply, and execute fast.
If you’re looking for routine ERP support or internal ops work, this is not the role.
What you’ll do
- Run and support client workshops (process discovery, target operating model, requirements)
- Translate business problems into ERP solution designs and delivery plans
- Build executive-ready artefacts: briefing notes, steering committee decks, RAID logs, decision papers
- Drive stakeholder communication across business, finance, and technology teams
- Apply AI to improve delivery: automation, reporting, reconciliation, controls, and insights
Who we’re looking for (bar-raiser)
You’re likely a fit if you have:
- 0–4 years experience in Big 4 / banking / enterprise transformation (internships count)
- Strong command of English (written + spoken) and confident presence in meetings
- Clear thinking, structured problem-solving (MECE / hypothesis-driven mindset)
- High ownership: you finish what you start and raise the standard
- Interest in ERP + transformation (finance processes, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, etc.)
