As Turium expands, we are looking for an experienced enterprise growth professional who can help shape strategic opportunities, build compelling customer propositions and support the growth of Algoreus across enterprise markets.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an Enterprise Growth Consultant – ERP AI who combines enterprise technology knowledge, commercial thinking, pre-sales capability and strong business communication.
This is not a traditional sales role and it is not simply a proposal-writing position.
You will work closely with the Founder, solution architects, product teams and enterprise customers to identify opportunities, develop market propositions, prepare strategic proposals and position Turium’s AI and ERP capabilities.
The ideal candidate understands how enterprise technology is evaluated, purchased and implemented and can convert complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Growth
- Identify and develop growth opportunities across enterprise and government markets.
- Support strategic account planning, market development and customer engagement.
- Understand customer business challenges and translate them into relevant Turium solutions.
- Develop industry-specific propositions for Algoreus and other Turium platforms.
- Support the progression of opportunities from initial engagement through solution development and proposal submission.
- Build long-term relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Work with leadership to develop new enterprise offerings, commercial models and go-to-market strategies.
ERP and AI Solution Consulting
- Engage with CIOs, CFOs, COOs and senior business leaders to understand enterprise transformation priorities.
- Position Algoreus across ERP, AI, automation, workflow, data and enterprise operations.
- Translate product and technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Participate in discovery workshops, customer meetings, solution presentations and demonstrations.
- Develop business cases that demonstrate operational efficiency, cost reduction, automation and return on investment.
- Support solution architects in designing customer-specific propositions.
- Help position Turium against traditional ERP, workflow, automation and enterprise software platforms.
Strategic Proposals and Pursuits
- Lead or support responses to RFPs, RFQs, tenders and major enterprise opportunities.
- Develop executive summaries, value propositions, solution narratives and customer presentations.
- Create strong win themes and commercially focused proposal content.
- Coordinate input from technical, delivery, commercial and product teams.
- Ensure proposals are customer-focused, differentiated and aligned with business outcomes.
- Develop reusable proposal content, capability statements and industry-specific sales material.
- Support executive presentations and strategic customer briefings.
Sales Enablement
- Create enterprise pitch decks, solution briefs and executive presentations.
- Develop clear messaging for ERP, AI, automation and enterprise transformation.
- Research customer priorities, competitors and market opportunities.
- Produce case studies, value propositions and return-on-investment narratives.
- Support marketing and thought leadership content for enterprise audiences.
- Help improve the consistency and quality of Turium’s enterprise sales materials.
Required Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, ERP advisory, pre-sales, business development, solution consulting, proposal management or enterprise transformation.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, TechnologyOne, ServiceNow or similar systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology sales, transformation programs or major customer pursuits.
- Ability to understand complex technology and communicate it in clear business language.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of enterprise customer buying processes.
- Excellent proposal writing, presentation and executive communication skills.
- Experience developing business cases, value propositions and enterprise presentations.
- Ability to work closely with technical architects, consultants, product teams and senior executives.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
