The Role: Enterprise AI Analyst
As an Enterprise AI Analyst at Turium AI, you won’t just be part of the team—you’ll be a key player in building the future. You will contribute directly to our products—Turium Algoreus, Enigma, Zebra, Turium Edge AI, and Turium Qale—ensuring our AI solutions exceed expectations in real-world, production environments.
Core Responsibilities
· Support proposal and bid activities, including requirements analysis, solution articulation, technical architecture inputs, effort estimation, and preparation of AI-driven value propositions aligned to client business objectives.
· Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess business problems, data readiness, regulatory constraints, and enterprise architecture, translating these into well-defined AI use cases and delivery roadmaps.
· Design and deliver enterprise-grade AI and analytics solutions, leveraging machine learning, deep learning, and advanced analytics techniques to address real-world business challenges at scale.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, cloud architects, security teams, and product owners—to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing enterprise platforms and workflows.
· Oversee model development and evaluation, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, governance, and compliance requirements expected in enterprise and regulated environments.
· Support deployment and production activities, including model validation, monitoring strategies, feedback loops, and handover to operations or managed services teams.
· Act as a trusted advisor during project delivery, providing analytical insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timelines, and business outcomes.
· Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, data flows, model assumptions, limitations, and operational guidelines to support long-term maintainability and client enablement.
· Provide post-deployment support and optimisation, assisting with performance tuning, enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives based on evolving business needs and data.
Technologies We Use
Python, TypeScript, Flutter, AWS, LLMs, and other relevant languages for AI and machine learning.
Requirements
· Graduate with a BTech degree from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), preferably in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
. Experience: 0-7 years
· Strong skills in Python and other relevant programming languages.
· A deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
· Experience or willingness to engage directly with clients to deploy and support AI solutions.
· The ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
· The ability and willingness to work AEST / AEDT (Australian Eastern) time zones.
