The Opportunity: Bridge Technology and Impact
This isn't a back-office role. As an Enterprise AI Analyst, you are the critical link between our groundbreaking technology and its real-world application. You won't just analyze data; you'll shape products that redefine industrial efficiency and secure global communications.
Based on your expertise and passion, you will join either our AI Automation or Quantum AI Secure Communications team. You will collaborate daily with world-class AI engineers, product strategists, and international clients to design, validate, and launch solutions that matter.
What You'll Do
- Drive Product Evolution: Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to define, test, and refine the behaviour of our core AI models and features.
- Own the Validation Lifecycle: Go beyond surface-level testing to deeply analyze model outputs, identify nuanced opportunities for optimisation, and ensure our AI systems perform with exceptional accuracy and safety.
- Translate a Vision into Reality: Convert complex technical capabilities into robust, client-ready solutions and articulate their value to both technical and executive audiences.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research and champion emerging techniques in AI/ML, LLM optimisation, quantum technology, and AI safety to keep our products at the bleeding edge.
In the AI Automation track, you will:
- Dissect vast, complex datasets to pinpoint high-value automation opportunities.
- Validate the outputs of sophisticated AI-driven decision engines, ensuring their logic is sound and their impact is measurable.
- Recommend and model process optimisations that deliver millions of dollars in value to our clients.
In the Quantum AI Secure Communications track, you will:
- Rigorously evaluate LLM-generated outputs for security vulnerabilities, contextual accuracy, and safety alignment.
- Partner with quantum cryptography specialists to integrate and validate AI features within a zero-trust security framework.
- Monitor deployed AI systems for performance drift or emergent security anomalies.
Who You Are:
- Academically Excellent: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). This signals the foundational excellence we require.
- Practically Experienced: You have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or data-intensive technology projects. High-impact internships, significant research contributions, or open-source work are highly valued.
- Technically Fluent:
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL.
- A solid grasp of core AI/ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, classification, regression, evaluation metrics).
- Intellectually Curious & A Natural Problem-Solver: You are driven by complex challenges and possess a rare ability to deconstruct a problem, analyze AI model behaviour, and recommend elegant, effective improvements.
- Domain-Aware (Preferred):
- For the Quantum Secure Comms track: Foundational knowledge of encryption concepts is essential; exposure to quantum cryptography is a significant advantage.
- For the AI Automation track: Experience with automation frameworks, enterprise analytics platforms, or large-scale data processing is a plus.
