F5 Inc. is in pursuit of an exceptional and motivated Automation Test Engineer to play a pivotal role in our team, to help deliver the utmost quality product in F5 Bot Defense product. Be a part of highly technical, collaborative, and supportive environment to contribute to the revolutionary cybersecurity solution that is deployed on-prem as well as cloud hosted on AWS and GCP environments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Be a Quality Gatekeeper for our Bot Defense security products
- Perform product validations for functional, scale and performance tests.
- Automation of features with superior code coverage.
- Collaborate with team members and cross functional teams for better achievement of product goals.
- Ensure best practices in test automation.
Required Skills:
- Hands on experience with Gitlab CI/CD pipeline integrations and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent automation skills and expertise with any programming languages such as Python, Go, Java.
- Experience with any of the cloud technologies (AWS, GCP), microservices and Kubernetes deployments.
- Develop and/or Enhance Automated test Infrastructure to enable building scalable tests
- Enhance Test strategies, Automation & Build infrastructure by collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Help to recreate customer issues, validation of bug fixes and automation of test scenarios.
- Exposure to Performance tests and traffic tools for calibrations.
- Can collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced high-performance environment.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with a BS/BA or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
