Knowledge:
- Reviews and analyze software data and information to provide insights and conclusions.
- Performs basic but detailed analysis and starts to deliver articulate solutions.
- Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work and how own area integrates with others. Requires in-depth knowledge of software engineering department procedures and processes. Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own area.
Job Complexity:
- Achieves personal objectives and contributes to the achievement of team objectives
- Assist in the design and development of hardware and/or software operating systems on low-risk projects.
- Solve a range of routine problems that are escalated by team members and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.
- Solves standard problems with general oversight or interaction on routine work and with detailed instructions on new work assignments.
- Continue to build knowledge and expertise of products services or technologies, content, software languages, and methodologies offered by the business area.
- Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Supervisor/ Mentoring:
- Work independently and within own team.
- Build internal and external working relationships.
- Working towards continuous upskilling and meaningful career development; How to listen effectively; creating and implementing a career plan, giving meaningful recognition.
Tech Skills:
- Proven knowledge of one or more high-level programming languages. Working knowledge of technology and development tools. Developing effective design techniques.
- Has a working knowledge to integrate basic hardware and/or software framework, systems, and/or product design functions for use in one product offering and support a small volume of end users.
- Working on developing skills in the ability to code based on tasks developed by more senior developers. The code is reviewed.
- Developing effective software design techniques, working on SDLC and Agile methodologies, and software maintenance

Experience:
Bachelor's degree or 1 to 3 years equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
