Job Title: Enablement Experience ManagerJob Location : Remote with in India
 Job DescriptionAs a member of the Global Field and Partner Enablement team the goal of the Enablement Experience Manager is to foster sales and partner effectiveness by designing an array of innovative and diverse enablement experiences in support of Genesys’ BU or specific sales team (Partner, Solutions Consultant, Competitive, Industry, etc.).In collaboration with the Engagement Manager, this individual will be responsible for the design and development of sales and partner enablement assets for the products and solutions. The Enablement Experience Manager will develop enablement assets in the modality best suiting the content, such as eLearning courses, videos, podcasts, point-of-work reference materials, or live webinar events, etc., bringing creativity and innovation to every solution.
 Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Engagement Manager to create enablement plans, attend stakeholder meetings where possible and provide input to and attend QBRs
• Work with identified subject matter experts to develop and maintain engaging, world-class content to drive enablement aligned to program priorities
• Design and create comprehensive and dynamic enablement assets
• Define the best suited learning techniques (e.g., in-person instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, cohort self-paced e-learning, on demand e-learning) with comprehension measurement as the primary deliverables
• Develop quick reference material including user guides, how-to guides, job aids, and tip sheets
• Build interactive product and sales playbooks (on-demand and print)
• Ideate, design, develop, publish, manage, and report within sales readiness tools and enablement platforms
• Maintain and expand the Genesys digital learning ecosystem

Qualifications

• 3+ years of instructional design or technologies experience, preferably for a sales or client-facing organization
• BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional or educational technology
• Highly organized and outcome-driven with the ability to meet project milestones and deadlines while working on concurrent projects and juggling multiple priorities
• Clear, professional, and concise communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience working with global teams/organizations in a matrixed environment
• Expert proficiency using sales training tools and sales enablement platforms
• Proven proficiency with an array of content authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) required. Knowledge of Articulate 360 and Camtasia required. Experience with Docebo LMS as well as other industry standard LMS platforms and Seismic strongly preferred. Experience with basic HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and business communication and project management software.
