Troubleshoots incidents, resolves issues within SLA, performs root-cause analysis, supports trading partner onboarding and EDI mapping changes, and manages service requests, changes, and deployments. Coordinates with business users and cross-functional teams, maintains documentation, and participates in on-call support.
