Track and improve CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, audience segmentation, testing, and conversion tracking. Analyze funnel performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
The ideal candidate should be analytical, result-oriented, and experienced in driving qualified leads, conversions, and ROI through paid digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Handle Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, remarketing, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Set up and monitor GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance and prepare reports using Excel/Google Sheets/Looker Studio.
- Work with Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Support SEO, CRO, AI tools, and marketing automation activities as required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Performance Marketing & Lead Generation.
- Conversion Tracking, GA4 & GTM.
- Understanding of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR & CVR.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, B2B/B2C, or Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, CRM, and AI marketing tools.
- Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Proven experience in generating leads and improving campaign performance.
