Our organization:
As a Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer, you will architect and operationalize the modernization factory that powers StoreWeb transformation. You will define CI/CD guardrails, engineer automated environments using Bicep, and establish deployment patterns that ensure resilience, security, and repeatability across teams. This role is deeply technical and high‑impact—while not a people‑manager role; your patterns, templates, and platform frameworks will become enterprise standards.
What you will do
Design, build, and govern Azure DevOps YAML pipelines with promotion workflows, approvals, compliance scanning, and zero‑touch automation.
Engineer Bicep‑based IaC templates enabling consistent, secure, drift‑free provisioning across environments.
Define and standardize service scaffolding, configuration patterns, and secret‐management practices.
Implement blue/green, canary, and progressive‑delivery patterns with automated rollback and safety mechanisms.
Build inner‑loop and golden‑path tooling that accelerates developer productivity and reduces cognitive load.
Collaborate with security, platform, and modernization teams to embed governance, reliability, and safety into every deployment flow.
Introduce deployment observability—pipeline metrics, change‑failure analysis, and operational readiness signals.
Serve as a technical authority influencing CI/CD strategy, IaC standards, and platform‑engineering best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years DevOps or platform‑engineering experience supporting cloud‑native or distributed applications.
Deep expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, YAML pipelines, and IaC (Bicep strongly preferred).
Experience designing deployment governance, configuration‑management patterns, and secure release pipelines.
Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity, and operational safety controls.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with AKS or container‑orchestrated workloads.
Experience implementing SCA/SAST, DevSecOps pipelines, and compliance‑as‑code.
Background in platform engineering, developer experience (DevEx), or internal developer platforms.
