CSG’s Digital Engagement Solutions (DES) R&D Xponent Engineering Group is currently hiring a DevOps Engineer.  This platform, release and support engineer will join a growing, dynamic team in building the next generation of functionality and scalability of our Journey Orchestration and Analytics platform.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will:

• Coordinate cross teams support (Services, Development)

• You will provide support

• Provide documentation for the things you build

• Troubleshoot to find and fix bugs

• Identify tasks suitable for automation

• Promote modern standards in DevOps, Big Data ETL, and Cloud Practices

• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders in a distributed global organization

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience delivering a SAAS or PAAS Product in the cloud

• Terraform or Ansible experience

• Provable Bash scripting and Python coding experience

• Experience with and used CI/CD like GitLab and Azure DevOps

• Experience provisioning operations and management in AWS/GCP or Azure

• Familiarity with RCA and Post Mortems (Chaos Engineering)

• Familiar with Cloud Monitoring tools such as AWS Cloud Watch, Grafana OpenSearch

• Ability to work in a CLT contract position  

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in an engineering environment
