We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be part of our back office team which is the backbone of our development and deployment processes, ensuring that our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure. As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between software development and IT operations, implementing automation, monitoring, and best practices to keep our workflows seamless and efficient.

Your responsibilities
- CI/CD Pipelines: Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment and reduce time-to-market
- Automation & Scripting: Automate repetitive tasks using shell scripts, Python, or other scripting languages to enhance efficiency.
- Managing & Monitoring: Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure to ensure system reliability
- Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, incorporating best practices for data security and risk mitigation
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to understand and fulfill infrastructure requirement.
What You’ll Need:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with windows, Windows Installer XML (WiX) and Azure DevOps Services
- Tools & Automation: Experience with PowerShell/bash scripting, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Git, and configuration management tools
- Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and a mindset for continuous improvement
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience: 3+ years in a DevOps or related engineering role
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
