Job Description
We're looking for an experienced DevOps Lead Developer to join our Product Primary Data team. This isn't just a coding role—you'll be the technical leader responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our MDM solutions. You'll drive the automation of our software development lifecycle, ensuring our Product Primary Data systems are built, tested, and deployed with speed, security, and reliability. This is a critical position that combines hands-on development with strategic planning to elevate our team's engineering practices and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead DevOps Strategy: Design, implement, and manage the CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) pipelines for our MDM platform and related applications. You'll be the champion for automation, pushing us toward a culture of continuous delivery.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the infrastructure that supports our MDM systems, including configuration management, security hardening, and performance monitoring. You'll be a key player in our cloud-native strategy.
Collaborate and Coach: Work closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure our infrastructure can support them. You'll also mentor team members on DevOps best practices and tools.
Troubleshoot and Optimize: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and operational issues. You'll use your expertise to make our systems more robust, scalable, and cost-effective.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research and implement new technologies and tools to continuously improve our DevOps capabilities. You'll keep us on the cutting edge of modern software delivery.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant Computer Science, Information Systems or Related Field
5+ years of development experience as an IT professional on one or more of the following platforms/methodologies: Oracle, Informatica MDM, OIC, Mulesoft, APIs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
Agile Methodology Experience.
