Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI chatbot platform
2. Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
3. Support deployment and maintenance of Python microservices and OpenAI-based components
4. Implement and manage containerization workflows using Docker and Kubernetes
5. Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
6. Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of the chatbot ecosystem
7. Implement automated testing stages within CI/CD pipelines (unit, functional, regression, smoke tests)
8. Establish quality gates to prevent unstable releases
9. Participate in root cause analysis, production incident reviews, and reliability improvements
10. Contribute to documentation for infrastructure, pipelines, and test automation
