Job Description:
- Deploy laptops and desktops in a domain environment
- Inventory and Asset Tag
- General network connectivity, file access
- Active Directory account creation and password resets
- Phone system support (VoIP)
- Provides day to day desktop support to user community
- Accountable for the development and technical support of day to day desktop, network, printing, etc.
- Software license management
- Computer and network system maintenance and support.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…
- Must be proficient with Windows Server 2012/2016, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Office 2013/2016, Office 365, Okta, Box, Azure, AWS configuration, VPN client software.
- Experience in Cisco network devices ( Switch Configurations, troubleshooting ).
- Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills with attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and strong follow-up with users
- Must have minimum 2-4 years of IT systems administration support experience.
- B.S. in computer science or equivalent experience
