About the Role

JustAnswer's Engineering group seeks an experienced IT Technical Support Engineer to enhance global IT support. You will ensure high-quality support for offices and remote employees, including desktop/laptop support, office tools, vendor and asset management, and help desk services. This role offers great career advancement in IT.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the Technical Operations team and other IT members.
  • Manage IT services like Microsoft 365 (email, Teams, MS Office, SharePoint), antivirus, and patch management.
  • Track equipment and licenses.
  • Coordinate setup and breakdown of computer and system accounts for employees and contractors.
  • Prepare and set up computer equipment for offices and employees.
  • Respond to IT questions and issues via MS Teams and the IT ticketing system.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-5 years' experience in IT helpdesk or tech support for a global organization.
  • Passionate about team improvement and fostering a learning environment.
  • Humble, prioritizing business success and global IT staff.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in VPN configuration, Network Management, Active Directory, onboarding, and VM server management.
  • Skilled in Security Management (End-point), global enterprise antivirus, and patch management.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Experienced with Microsoft-centric networks, Windows devices, Office 365, and some Apple Macintosh support.
  • Proficient in supporting remote offices and employees.
