The Role

Innovapptive’s Solution Engineering team is made up of a passionate group of individuals whose goal is to generate value through consultative selling of our products to our new prospects and existing clients. Through their strong interpersonal and product expertise they turn our prospects into clients and eventually partners in our journey to digitize the front-end worker, unearthing their key needs and purpose the right solution fit through our platforms and solutions.

About the Role - 

The Demo Engineer is a core member of our Solution Engineering team. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of our demo environment. This includes tailoring our demo systems to meet customer and prospect needs, ensuring an impactful and flawless impression every time. This role requires prior hands-on experience in demo engineering or pre-sales support, with the ability to independently configure, troubleshoot, and optimize demo systems for impactful customer engagements.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in Demo Engineering / Pre-Sales Technical Support 
• Hands-on experience of working in ERP/CMMS platforms (SAP PM, IBM Maximo preferred).
• Expertise in working as a demo engineer with any of the SaaS organizations is highly preferred.
• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 
• Minimum of 1 year of Pre-sales or Solution Engineering experience in Products/Consulting/Solutioning Organization

Impact You’ll Make

• Maintain the Demo environments keeping them up to date to ensure demo-ready applications around the clock.. 
• Assist the Solution Engineering team in providing data support for complex and tailored demos
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in conflict/bug resolution
• Handle the Product Trial/ POC lifecycle as a technical consultant starting from setting up a tailored demo instance to working with the customer actively solving problems and gathering feedback
• Engaging with prospects as a technical expert during Pilot engagements or trials.
• Support the solution engineers in keeping the sales demo documentation viz. presentations and Scripts up to date
• Assist Bid management team in responding to the customer’s Due diligence questionnaires/ RFXs (optional)
