This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our new location in Hyderabad, India for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.
Gain a deep understanding of battery technology and actively engage in its enhancement, with the goal of advancing both battery technology and manufacturing processes to facilitate the development of next-generation batteries.
· Develop and apply a data-driven methodology to comprehend battery production technology thoroughly, effectively identifying and resolving production-related challenges.
· Collaborate closely with the production team to optimize production yield.
· Stay current with emerging battery technologies, scientific advancements, and industry trends.
· Conceptualize and execute data-driven research projects aimed at enhancing battery performance, extending lifespan, and increasing overall efficiency.
· Develop predictive models, simulations, and algorithms to streamline battery materials, designs, and manufacturing processes, ultimately driving optimization.
· Collaborate extensively with battery engineers, chemists, and other experts in research and development to seamlessly integrate data-driven insights into the creation and advancement of cutting-edge battery solutions.
· Lead and manage data driven R&D projects, including defining project scopes, establishing timelines, and allocating resources effectively.
· Ensure the efficient execution of projects, guaranteeing that they align with research objectives and deliver impactful results.
· Guide the team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for well-informed business decisions.
· Uphold the standards of data precision, consistency, and quality throughout the analysis process.
· Oversee the complete lifecycle of data analysis projects, encompassing initial scoping and planning, execution, and presentation of findings.
· Effectively communicate project updates and discoveries to relevant stakeholders.
· Supervise the development of clear and impactful data visualizations, reports, and dashboards designed to convey insights to non-technical audiences.
· Ensure that data visualizations are user-friendly, enhancing understanding and decision-making.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in data analysis, and recommend their incorporation when relevant.
· Provide expert technical guidance to the team, assisting in resolving intricate data analysis challenges.
· Foster a collaborative and forward-thinking team culture that encourages knowledge sharing and cross-functional cooperation, driving innovation and excellence
