Job Description

• Design, build, and measure complex ELT jobs to process disparate data sources and form a high integrity, high quality, clean data asset. 
• Execute and provide feedback for data modeling policies, procedures, processes, and standards. 
• Assist with capturing and documenting system flow and other pertinent technical information about data, database design, and systems. 
• Develop comprehensive data quality standards and implement effective tools to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with various internal MassMutual departments such as Portfolio, Cyber Security, and Governance to gain a better understanding of new data patterns.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Architects, Testers and BI developers to ensure design and development of scalable data solutions aligning with business goals. 
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specs. 
• Support the operational side of maintaining and monitoring data pipelines—troubleshooting incidents, reducing downtime, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Lead and mentor an offshore India-based engineering team—driving delivery excellence, enforcing best practices, and ensuring consistent quality across time zones.
• Support and partner with the onsite engineering team through strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative problem-solving to unblock delivery and drive alignment.
