The Data Analyst will support data collection and database management for datacenter market insights, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data collection, research, and database management activities. The role involves gathering information from publicly available sources, maintaining high-quality datasets, and delivering insights on market trends to support business decision-making. Data Analysts play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive organizational growth and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research using publicly available news, reports, and data sources to gather relevant information.
- Collect, validate, and update data points from both public and private companies into internal databases.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data through regular quality checks and validation processes.
- Maintain and manage proprietary databases, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Translate and localize documents from source language to target language where required.
- Analyze collected data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for regional or business teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data requirements and reporting needs.
- Prepare and deliver insights, summaries, and reports to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
- Meet predefined individual and team targets with a strong focus on quality and timeliness.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to collect, clean, and interpret large datasets effectively.
- Experience in data validation, quality checks, and database management.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Language proficiency for translation/localization tasks (preferred).
