We are looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst with strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills. The role involves conducting secondary research, maintaining high-quality datasets, and building forecasting models to generate insights—primarily within the data center sector. The ideal candidate will combine research expertise with data-driven modeling to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research using publicly available news, reports, and data sources.
- Gather, validate, and update data from public and private companies in proprietary databases.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through regular quality checks.
- Translate and localize documents from source language to target language as required.
- Build and manage quantitative databases for structured data analysis.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models to analyze trends within the data center sector.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights for regional analysts.
- Deliver insights and reports with high quality and within defined timelines.
- Meet predefined individual and team targets, ensuring excellence in output delivery.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Experience in quantitative modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Working knowledge of Python/R for data modeling (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and data quality management.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Language proficiency for translation/localization tasks (preferred).
