KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support development and maintenance of comprehensive cutover plans, including detailed task lists, timelines, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Business, External Vendors) to align on cutover activities.
- Support identification of risks, issues, and dependencies related to cutover and proactively manage mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cutover rehearsals (mock cutovers) and ensure readiness for go-live.
- Assist cutover leads to track cutover tasks and report cutover progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Track data validation activities to completion accurately and validate before go-live.
- Support go-live execution, including command center activities and hypercare support.
- Maintain clear documentation of cutover processes, lessons learned, and post-go-live analysis.
REQUIRED QUALIFICIATTIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP or technology projects, with a focus on cutover.
- Proven experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex timelines.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during critical go-live periods.
- Proactive mindset with strong risk management capabilities.
