Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, messaging platforms, the ticketing system, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Resolve product or service issues and follow up to ensure they are fully resolved
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers
- Handle customer concerns and resolve conflicts professionally
- Work closely with the team to achieve shared goals
- Maintain high-quality standards when handling customer inquiries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in speaking Bahasa Melayu
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skill
- High level of professionalism
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with other departments
- Own a laptop and have a stable, reliable internet connection
- Have a dedicated and quiet workspace suitable for remote work
